Where Businesses Soar

Eagle Point, Oregon was founded in 1911 along what was then known as Snowy Butte Creek. Today Little Butte Creek, as it is now known, runs through a thriving community that saw growth rates exceed 25% in the early 2000s.
Eagle Point's growth is built on a strong mix of history and contemporary amenities. The historic, pedestrian-oriented downtown is centered on a core of 100 year old buildings, like the world famous Butte Creek Mill and a mix of neighborhood-oriented businesses. There is also a thriving auto-oriented commercial corridor along Hwy 62.
On the southern end of town lies the Eagle Point Golf Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., a top ranked Oregon public golf course with a successful restaurant. The golf course is surrounded by highly desirable neighborhoods and a neighborhood-oriented commercial center.

The Town offers business necessities any resident would look for. From a strong retail shopping district, to the historic downtown, the resort region around the golf course and the commercial properties along the main highway, Eagle Point has a rich mix of business and opportunity.
